For Hilton Resort Ras Al Khaimah in 2021, Evolution Furniture supplied and installed a carefully selected collection of rental furniture to temporarily transform the resort's outdoor restaurant into an elegant Ramadan-themed dining environment. Blending traditional Arabic-inspired furniture with contemporary hospitality collections, the installation enhanced the restaurant's seasonal identity while maintaining the premium standards expected within an international resort.

The Challenge

The project required the temporary transformation of an existing outdoor restaurant into a welcoming Ramadan-themed hospitality environment without compromising the functionality of the venue.

The furniture needed to create an authentic seasonal atmosphere while supporting comfortable dining and social interaction. Every seating arrangement had to complement the hotel's surroundings, maximise guest comfort and provide the flexibility expected within a premium hospitality environment.

Space Planning & Guest Experience

The outdoor restaurant was arranged as a series of intimate lounge and dining settings, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed hospitality experience while maintaining clear circulation throughout the venue.

Breaking the terrace into smaller hospitality zones helped create a more welcoming environment, balancing privacy with openness and allowing the restaurant to operate efficiently during service. The considered furniture layout encouraged guests to linger and enjoy the seasonal atmosphere within a comfortable setting.
