For the UAE Equestrian & Racing Federation's Longines Nations League 2025, Evolution Furniture delivered a comprehensive furniture package that transformed multiple hospitality environments throughout Al Forsan Club Abu Dhabi. From prestigious VIP lounges and owners' hospitality suites to front-of-house spaces, catering areas and operational support zones, every environment was carefully furnished to provide comfort, consistency and a premium guest experience.

Working across numerous event areas simultaneously required coordinated planning, efficient logistics and meticulous installation. A refined palette of whites, creams, beiges and gold created an elegant visual language that unified each hospitality environment while complementing the prestigious nature of the international equestrian competition.

The Challenge

The project required multiple hospitality environments to be furnished within a single venue while maintaining a consistent premium aesthetic across spaces serving different operational purposes. Each area needed to provide both functionality and visual cohesion, from formal hospitality lounges to catering facilities and back-of-house support spaces.

The installation also required careful coordination between several venue areas, ensuring each furniture collection suited its intended purpose while contributing to a seamless guest journey throughout the venue.

Space Planning & Guest Experience

Every hospitality environment was arranged around comfort, accessibility and guest interaction.

Indoor lounges featured welcoming sofa arrangements complemented by marble coffee tables, side tables, decorative accessories and soft furnishings that encouraged informal meetings and relaxed hospitality.

Outdoor viewing terraces overlooking the competition arena combined comfortable lounge seating with practical table layouts, allowing guests to enjoy uninterrupted views while providing suitable spaces for refreshments, networking and social interaction.

Supporting hospitality spaces including catering areas, owners' facilities and front-of-house environments were planned to balance operational efficiency with premium presentation.
