Ahead of COP28, PRE-COP28 brought together government representatives, international delegates and industry leaders at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi for a programme of high-level discussions and official engagements. The event required a series of premium hospitality environments that could support networking, meetings and media activity while reflecting the prestige of one of the UAE's most iconic venues.

Working alongside the event delivery team, Evolution Furniture supplied, planned and installed furniture solutions for an event welcoming between 500 and 600 attendees. The project extended across VIP lounges, breakout meeting rooms, welcome areas, opening ceremony spaces and press and media centres, combining carefully curated furniture collections with layout planning, styling recommendations, customised furniture pieces and full operational delivery.

The Challenge

Delivering furniture for an international government event required more than supplying premium seating. Multiple hospitality environments had to maintain a consistent visual identity while serving different operational functions, all within a tightly managed programme and strict security procedures at Emirates Palace.
