For this private birthday party at Mira Oasis in Dubai, Evolution Furniture delivered a bespoke hospitality environment inspired by traditional Tatar aesthetics with carefully integrated Moroccan influences. Rich colours, natural materials and handcrafted furniture were combined to create an immersive setting that balanced cultural authenticity with relaxed outdoor entertaining.

Working closely to achieve the desired visual style, Evolution Furniture supplied, delivered, installed and later de-rigged all furniture used throughout the celebration, creating a cohesive temporary environment that transformed a residential outdoor space into an elegant hospitality setting.

The Challenge

The objective was to create an intimate outdoor hospitality environment that reflected the client's chosen cultural theme while remaining comfortable, practical and visually balanced.

Rather than relying on conventional event furniture, the setting required carefully coordinated low-level seating arrangements, natural timber furniture, richly layered textiles and decorative accessories that worked together to establish an authentic atmosphere.

Every furniture selection needed to contribute to a cohesive visual identity while supporting guest comfort throughout the celebration.

Space Planning & Guest Experience

The furniture layout was designed to maximise both comfort and conversation within the available outdoor space.

Low timber dining tables were positioned to create intimate seating clusters, allowing guests to dine and socialise naturally while maintaining generous circulation routes throughout the venue.

Layered rugs helped define each hospitality zone, while coordinated cushions and pouffes softened the seating arrangements and enhanced guest comfort. Decorative backdrops and styling elements framed the furniture layouts, ensuring every area contributed to a consistent visual experience.

Although intimate in scale, the completed environment demonstrated how thoughtful furniture planning can completely transform a residential setting into a premium temporary hospitality venue.
