XP Music Futures 2023 transformed multiple venues within Riyadh into a series of distinctive hospitality environments, each designed to support different experiences throughout the event. From premium VIP lounges and networking areas to talent spaces, theatres and hospitality zones, every environment required furniture that balanced functionality with a strong visual identity.

Evolution Furniture supplied, delivered and installed furniture across numerous event areas, creating cohesive temporary interiors while allowing each space to maintain its own character. The Challenge

Unlike projects centred around a single hospitality environment, XP Music Futures required multiple furniture schemes to operate simultaneously across several distinct zones. Each area served a different purpose while still needing to contribute to a consistent visitor experience.

Furniture layouts therefore needed to provide flexibility, accommodate varying capacities and create inviting environments ranging from informal networking lounges to premium hospitality settings. Achieving visual consistency while allowing every area to retain its own identity required careful furniture planning and coordinated installation across the site.
